We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Senior Wedding Sales Manager to coordinate the pre-planning and day-of services for weddings and special events. The ideal candidate will have extensive service expertise in high-end event spaces or premium properties, with a strong motivation to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop innovative sales strategies to attract and secure destination weddings.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, event planners, and industry partners to drive sales growth.
- Present compelling site visits and engaging presentations to potential clients.
- Skillfully negotiate contracts and achieve sales targets to maximize revenue generation.
- Collaborate closely with the events team to ensure flawless execution of weddings and special events.
- Stay abreast of current industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of several years of sales experience focused on destination weddings within premier event venues or luxury resorts.
- Possess a robust network within the wedding and events industry.
- Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and delivering engaging presentations.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets.
- Must reside within a 30-minute commute of the venue as no relocation is provided.
- Highly organized with acute attention to detail.
