Job Description

We’re searching for an experienced Title Clerk to join our dealership family! Qualified candidates with prior experience as a Title Clerk in the automotive industry will be considered first. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership, coupled with an adaptable skill-set and a positive demeanor, are highly valued attributes. Responsibilities Include:

  • Preparing license and title documents accurately and efficiently
  • Submitting all legal transfer documents to the Department of Licensing (DOL)
  • Administering all title processing for auction transactions
  • Preparing checks to reimburse Buyers for any DOL fees incurred
  • Processing all necessary documents for wholesaled units
  • Collecting payments from Wholesalers in a timely manner
  • Working with accounting team at month-end to ensure a timely close

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of Title Administration experience is required
  • Must hold a notary certification or be willing and able to obtain it upon hire
  • Dealership experience is strongly preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
