Job Summary We are searching for a motivated Title Clerk who is an excellent multitasker with exceptional communication and time management skills. Title Clerks can expect to assist the Accounting department with data entry, processing, and recording transactions, updating the ledger, titling vehicles, fact-checking, and preparing reports. You should be thorough, accurate, and honest with good bookkeeping skills. To be a successful Title Clerk, you should have strong math skills and proficiency with computers and software, such as MS Excel. You should be trustworthy, efficient, and organized. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Enter title-related transactions into the accounting system

Assist in processing car deals * Prepare tax and title documents. * Submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles * Compile and maintains a complete list of all outstanding title work. * Research and corred tite-related issues. Qualifications * 2-3 years experience working in an accounting assistant role perferred * Positive attitude & very outgoing personality * Exceptional written & oral communication skills * Ability to multi task We are an equal opportunity employer.
