Salary: $100,000 - $130,000

We're looking for a Senior Ecommerce Manager, Amazon to drive growth and optimize performance across our Amazon portfolio. Reporting to the AVP, Amazon Account, you'll play a key role in executing strategic initiatives, managing product listings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize sales. What You'll Do
Strategy & Growth
Develop and implement strategies to expand product categories in line with overall business objectives.
Work closely with internal teams to plan and execute successful product launches on Amazon.
Optimize product listings to increase sales, visibility, and conversion rates.
Manage promotional calendars, ensuring profitability and inventory availability for discount campaigns.
Amazon Account Management
Oversee a product catalog of 2,500+ SKUs, ensuring listings are accurate, optimized, and performing well.
Track ASIN performance, rankings, customer reviews, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Analyze key sales metrics, including run rates, glance views, and conversion rates, to identify growth opportunities.
Assist demand planning with forecasting and procurement adjustments based on sales trends.
Own product pricing strategies and evaluate ROI on major promotions.
Vendor & Relationship Management
Stay updated on Amazon's policies, ensuring full compliance and implementation of best practices.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Amazon's vendor management team.
Identify and leverage new Amazon tools, features, and programs to drive business growth.
Advertising & Marketing
Develop and refine a strategy for AMS/PPC/DSP to drive profitable growth.
Manage ad spend, ensuring customer acquisition costs align with product margins.
Continuously analyze and improve advertising tactics for better performance.
Operations & Project Management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and implement new tools.
Troubleshoot technical issues with the IT team to maintain a smooth operation.
Assist with order processing and procurement planning.
Content & SEO Optimization
Ensure product listings include high-quality content, visuals, and SEO-rich descriptions.
Oversee digital content strategies and work with brand teams to optimize product pages.
Leadership & Team Development
Mentor and train team members on best practices, analytics, and operational efficiency.
Develop a clear growth plan for team members to advance in their careers.
Who You Are
Experienced in ecommerce management, particularly with Amazon Vendor Central.
