Location :  Work remotely from your home office in the U.S. (except WA, OR, CA)

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Client-Facing Projects : Manage complex software development initiatives, ensuring success in design, quality, and team leadership. Guide projects using DXP, e-commerce, microservices, .NET, modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Next.js) in Azure.
• Champion Agile Execution : Oversee sprint and backlog management, delivering high-quality solutions that align with our "Vision to Victory" commitment.
• Ensure Technical Excellence : With Principal Architect, drive best practices, maintain high code quality, and align teams on architectural standards.
• Manage Scope, Budgets & Expectations : Proactively guide clients, track project financials, and ensure deliverables meet top-tier standards while staying on budget.
• Collaborate & Engage Stakeholders : Build strong client relationships, may lead requirements discovery, and create key project artifacts.
• Support Business Development : Assist in opportunity qualification, estimation, and proposal development.

What You Bring:

• Leadership & Team Management : Experience leading teams (3-10 members) on enterprise-level web-based and cloud-based software projects.  DXP (i.e. Sitecore, Storyblok, Bloomreach) and Digital Strategy project experience a plus.  
• Consulting & Client Success : Background in consulting or digital agencies with strong client management skills, including collaboration with sales teams on opportunity qualification, estimation and proposals.  
• Agile & Business Analysis : Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and backlog management.
• Budget & Financial Management: Experience managing project budgets, forecasting costs, and ensuring financial accountability.
