Personal Assistant to the CEO

We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support a high-level executive in both professional and personal capacities. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and values discretion.

In this role, you’ll ensure the executive’s schedule, communications, and personal projects run seamlessly. From calendar management and travel planning to handling errands, you'll be a trusted right hand in all areas of daily life.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize a complex schedule, balancing meetings, events, and personal appointments with precision.
  • Coordinate detailed travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and full itineraries.
  • Handle personal errands and projects with confidentiality and efficiency.
  • Draft and edit professional correspondence and assist in managing communication across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support special assignments and initiatives with creativity, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role (Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Executive Assistant). 
  • A proactive, energetic mindset with a passion for learning and problem-solving.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with an eye for detail and a sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, and openness to new productivity tools.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

This role requires a high degree of professionalism and adaptability. A pre-employment drug screening and background check are required in alignment with company pre-employment processes and policies.
