Salary: 90,000 - 116,000 USD per year Requirements:

• I seek a candidate with at least 6 to 10 years of experience in o9 Supply Chain Master Planning, Integrated Business Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Chain Analytics, and MEIO.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in these areas, alongside domain experience in Product Development (Tech) and Independent Software Vendors (ISV).
• Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, alongside strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in project management and technical documentation is essential.
• A proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends is important.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in technology architecture focusing on demand planning is preferable, along with a strong understanding of Finance & Accounting domains.
• Candidates must also possess an o9 Certification.

• I need someone who can lead the implementation of o9 Supply Chain Master Planning solutions to optimize supply chain processes and oversee the integration of o9 Integrated Business Planning for seamless operations.
• The role requires providing expertise in o9 Demand Planning to forecast and manage demand effectively and utilizing o9 Supply Chain Analytics to analyze data for strategic decisions.
• The successful candidate will implement o9 MEIO to enhance inventory optimization and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• They will also develop and maintain documentation for all implemented solutions, conduct training sessions for team members and stakeholders, and monitor the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business objectives.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to o9 solutions in a timely manner is essential.
• Staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in o9 technologies and supply chain management, as well as providing insights and recommendations to improve supply chain processes, is expected.

- The position operates on a hybrid work model with day shifts and does not require travel.
- The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $116,000, depending on the experience and qualifications of the candidate.
- This role is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards based on performance, subject to the applicable terms.
