Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the development and execution of marketing strategies. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through effective marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in digital marketing, and the ability to create innovative marketing solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Marketing Strategy Development:
o Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, market share, and customer engagement.
o Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to inform marketing decisions.
• Campaign Management:
o Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional platforms.
o Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.) to drive leads and conversions.
• Brand Management:
o Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity across all marketing materials and communications.
o Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
• Team Leadership and Collaboration:
o Lead, mentor, and collaborate with the marketing team to deliver high-quality campaigns.
o Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing strategies with company objectives.
• Digital Marketing:
o Oversee the digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
o Monitor and report on digital campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Market Research & Analytics:
o Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and customer engagement.
o Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and adjust strategies.
• Budget Management:
o Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals.
o Monitor campaign spending to ensure projects stay within budget while maximizing impact.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content strategy.
Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and developing teams, with a focus on collaboration and results.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.
Project Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing software, tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp), and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
