Compensation
Salary Range: $70,000 - $115,000 annually
What You'll Do
Develop, manage, and optimize high-performing marketing campaigns to achieve CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) goals.
Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and make data-backed optimizations to improve performance.
Uncover key insights to drive campaign scale, efficiency, and profitability.
Leverage reporting tools and partner insights to recommend strategic improvements.
What We're Looking For
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into action.
Hands-on experience managing lead generation campaigns across various marketing channels.
Proven success in launching, analyzing, and optimizing large-scale, profitable marketing campaigns.
Experience managing financial services lead generation campaigns is a plus.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
