We are seeking a Mail Center Associate for a company specializing in facilities and mail operations. This role is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely processing, and maintaining mailroom equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, sort, and distribute mail from USPS, expedited delivery vendors, and contractors.
• Pick up and deliver company mail according to scheduled service level agreements (SLAs).
• Record mailroom metrics, including incoming and outgoing mail counts.
• Maintain certified mail logs and archive records in accordance with department policies.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery and receipt of parcels.
• Prepare mail for insertion into mailing machines and affix correct postage.
• Ensure mail is ready before nightly pickup or deliver to the post office if needed.
• Assist the Facilities team with projects such as EOB stuffing, folding and inserting, CAP check runs, and daily check runs.
• Perform maintenance on mailroom equipment and monitor postage funds daily.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of mailroom experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with OMS 500 software preferred.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Troubleshooting experience with mailroom software and hardware.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
