The Graphic Designer is a skilled professional with expertise in graphic design and a strong command of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). In this fast-paced sales training environment, the designer will collaborate with the Sales Instructional Design team to conceptualize and create engaging curricula, manuals, presentations, and eLearning layouts.

The role requires a keen eye for aesthetics, page layout, and strong Adobe Illustrator skills to develop supplemental learning materials such as charts, graphics, and diagrams. The designer will maintain and enhance digital training content for the Sales Training departments across the Travel + Leisure sales enterprise.

The Senior Graphic Designer must independently manage projects, lead initiatives, and execute them through all stages of the creative process. They will provide professional recommendations for staying on course with branding and visual appeal and can adhere to excellent quality assurance when finalizing documents. Attention to detail ensures polished, accurate, and visually appealing content. The role also involves adhering to brand guidelines for color and layout, with additional preferred skills, including proofreading, copywriting, motion graphics, and experience in training, instructional design, or hospitality.

How You'll Shine:
  • Conceptualize creative new training content layouts and/or reimagine existing training content (including training decks, manuals, presentations and eLearning)
  • Support ongoing maintenance to all sales and marketing training materials as created by the Instructional Design team
  • Collaborate with other Instructional Design team members to proofread, copywrite and monitor accuracy of training content as needed
  • Create and test new eLearning and multimedia templates to implement in sales training
  • Research industry-trends to provide professional recommendations and direction of content design


What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Experience Design or related fields
  • Must be expert-level in creating design layouts (InDesign) and illustrations (Illustrator)
  • Passion for design and creativity, trending ideas, branding, typography, logos, illustration, motion graphics, shapes and colors, and photography
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects and meet corporate project deadlines
  • Demonstrates excellence in communication skills
  • Possess a positive, can-do attitude
  • Strong written and presentation skills
  • Strong quality assurance/editing skills
  • Strong experience in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat) as well as Figma
  • Proficiency in with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint
  • Comfort using LMS (Learning Management System) and/or CMS (Content Management System), a plus
  • 5-7 years minimum experience as a Graphic Designer in a related field
  • Hospitality/timeshare experience is a plus


Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
