Position:   Graphic Designer
Working Hours: 7:00am to 4:00pm (PST), Monday to Friday
Monthly Salary:$1500 to $2500 per month depending on experience
Holidays: US holidays observed 

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with the ability to create engaging visual assets across various platforms. The role also requires familiarity with Shopify CMS for basic updates and experience using task management tools like Asana. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate through tools like Teams and Slack are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design & Visual Creation:
  • Design and create high-quality digital and print graphics for various marketing materials and product mockups.
  • Support the creation of social media assets, beyond the basics of Canva, using advanced design tools (primarily Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator).
  • Produce detailed and accurate mockups based on client requests (embroidery, color print, laser etch, debossed/embossed designs, etc.) for various products.
• Product Mockups:
  • Create product-specific mockups, including but not limited to embroidery on clothing, color print designs, laser etching, and debossed/embossed buckle designs.
  • Work closely with clients and the design team to ensure mockups meet the client's vision and requirements.
• CMS & Task Management:
  • Perform basic updates to Shopify CMS as required.
  • Use Asana to manage design tasks, timelines, and collaborate with the team effectively.
• Collaboration & Communication:
  • Actively participate in team communication via Teams and Slack to discuss design projects, deadlines, and feedback.
  • Ensure clear communication with clients and internal teams to understand design needs and project requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Design Experience:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a graphic designer.
  • Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (advanced proficiency).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and expertise in graphic design.
• Product Mockups:
  • Experience creating mockups for various print techniques such as embroidery, laser etching, debossing, and embossing.
• CMS Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with Shopify CMS for basic website updates.
• Project Management & Communication Tools:
  • Proficient in Asana for task management and collaboration.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and Slack for communication and project coordination.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset when it comes to design challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced design environment.
• Experience in creating mockups for various product types such as apparel, accessories, and promotional items.
