An apartment complex has an immediate opportunity available for a Front Desk Receptionist to work part-time, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Responsibilities:

Answer the telephone and greet tenants and visitors
Retrieve all voice mail messages from the previous evening and respond accordingly
Handle inquires or direct the caller or visitor to the appropriate party
Schedule appointments for Managers, as needed
Track and assign parking stickers for residents and staff
Assist in the intake of work orders from residents on a daily basis
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Must have prior experience providing customer service as a receptionist or other position that directly interacts with the customer
Must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer services skills with the ability to build strong relationships is needed
Must have strong communication skills, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
Must have a professional work appearance with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
