Our client, an Environmental Services company that has successfully delivered specialized environmental inspection, compliance, and remediation services to government agencies, public institutions, and private industries, is seeking a Contract Recruiter to fill internal roles. Responsibilities:

• Understanding their business and how they can differentiate from the competition.
• The challenge of hunting for candidates for difficult-to-fill positions.
• Finding new and creative ways to identify candidates (NOT just LinkedIn, ATS, and referrals), network, and build relationships.
• Building influence with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Owning the recruiting process from requisition identification through hire.
• Ensuring that all candidates enjoy a positive experience.
• Assisting hiring managers and guiding them through the process.
• Making a difference in the future of our planet by hiring the best of the best to solve our clients’ critical needs.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience recruiting for environmental services or civil/structural engineering.
• Demonstrated success in building candidate pipelines for difficult-to-fill positions.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
• A creative mind that can always find new sourcing solutions.
