  • Clean Background Check: Trustworthiness is key in our line of work.
  • Physical Ability: Comfortable lifting or moving up to 90 lbs occasionally.
  • Professional Appearance & Positive Attitude: You’ll be the face of Neville and Sons on-site.
  • Flexibility: Must be available for evening work on the first Wednesday of each month.

Benefits

  • Starting Pay: $20/hour, plus opportunities for overtime during busy seasons and special occasions.
  • Commission: Earn extra for selling additional services—your initiative pays off!
  • Health Insurance: We cover 50% of premiums for you and all dependents, starting within 30 days of employment.
  • Retirement Plan: A 3% match from day one to help secure your future.
  • Uniforms Provided: Look professional without added cost.
  • Paid Holidays: 6 days (Christmas, New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving).
  • Vacation Time: 10 paid days per year—5 available after 90 days and the other 5 after 6 months (resets yearly).
  • Flex Time: Trade paid overtime for 1.5 hours of time off, helping you balance life and work.
