Job Title: Cardiac Sonographer

Location: Middlebury, VT

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform echocardiograms and other cardiac diagnostic tests as required.
• Analyze and interpret ultrasound data to provide comprehensive reports to physicians.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort while conducting examinations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.
• Document findings accurately and communicate results to the healthcare team.
• Stay updated with current technologies and best practices in cardiac sonography.
• Fulfill administrative responsibilities including inventory management and equipment calibration.
• Participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance professional skills.

Essential Qualifications:

• Must hold appropriate certifications: ACCESS; RDCS from ARDMS, CCI or CRCS by CARDUP required within one year of hire.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Desired Experience:

• Open to new graduates; however, 3 years of experience in cardiac sonography is preferred.
• Experience with advanced echocardiographic techniques is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

The annual salary for the position ranges from $71,531 to $107,286. However, the final salary will be determined based on the candidate's interview performance and skill set. Candidates are encouraged to discuss their salary expectations during the interview process.
