Position Summary
We’re hiring self-starting individuals for the fully remote role of AI-Assisted Kindle Publishing Trainee . This beginner-friendly position offers a unique path to create nonfiction eBooks and earn recurring income through Amazon’s Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) platform. Tasks include:

Choosing topics such as:

Wellness and productivity
Personal growth and journaling
Instead of writing your book manually, you’ll use structured AI prompts to produce high-quality content chapter by chapter.
Your role involves:
Inputting prompts into AI platforms like ChatGPT
Organizing and editing the generated output
Structuring content into chapters with flow and clarity
Polishing tone and adding summaries or tips where needed
You’ll use Kindle-compliant formatting templates (Google Docs or Word) to prepare your book for publishing.
Formatting includes:
Structuring headers and sections
Inserting a clickable Table of Contents
Adding front matter, disclaimers, and author information
Previewing layout to ensure compatibility with all devices
Each book needs a well-optimized listing to appear in Amazon searches and convert shoppers into buyers.
Tasks include:
Writing SEO-optimized titles and benefit-driven subtitles
Crafting persuasive product descriptions using included templates
Selecting backend keywords and relevant categories
Uploading your book and cover to KDP
Setting royalty rates and pricing options
After your book is published, you’ll track its performance and build a catalog of similar titles.
